All products sold directly through this store are digital downloads. No physical returns or exchanges are accepted.

Once download access has been provided, purchases are final and non-refundable for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the product.

If you receive an incorrect or defective file, cannot access your download, or are charged twice for the same purchase, contact bigfeelingscalmchoices@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide assistance, a replacement file, or a refund when appropriate.

This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
